The litigation with the Ohio Department of Insurance remains pending in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.  The Magistrate in that action has ruled in favor of permitting OAITA and Eagle Land Title to proceed to trial in mandamus against the ODI.  The ODI has filed objections to that order and we await the Court’s ruling on that issue.
