OAITA Opposes (Second Draft) ODI Proposed Rules 3901-7-06

Today, the Trustees of the OAITA voted unanimously to oppose ODI's (Ohio Department of Insurance) second draft of proposed rules 3901-7-06 (Inducements). Click here for a copy of the letter.

We will await a response from the ODI and hopefully learn more concerning their actual proposal in the near future. When anything happens on this important issue, we will update you accordingly.

Any comments should be submitted to the ODI before September 22, 2008.
