ODI Withdraws Amendments to Escrow Review Rule, OAC 3901-7-01

Per correspondence with the ODI, the ODI is indicating that all title insurance agents must still report under the old escrow account review rule .  They are treating the withdrawal to only apply to the amendments to OAC 3901-7-01, not the entire rule. Moreover, the ODI has stated that they are coming out with another rule later this year, but won’t specify what changes they will be making.
