The OAITA has just announced that U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) a member of the Senate Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will be speaking at this year’s OAITA Conference on Monday, August 8, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio at the Crowne Plaza Hotel – Downtown Columbus. Senator Brown is the senior Senator from Ohio and considered one of the leading legislators concerning consumer protection issues. He will be speaking at the OAITA conference on the role of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the potential impacts that role will have with the housing and mortgage industry.
