OAITA Opposes ODI Draft Proposed Rules 3901-7-05 and 3901-7-06

Today, the Trustees of the OAITA voted unanimously to oppose ODI's (Ohio Department of Insurance) draft proposed rules 3901-7-05 (Survey Matters) and 3901-7-06 (Inducements). Click here for a copy of the letter.

We will await a response from the ODI and hopefully learn more concerning their actual proposal in the near future. When anything happens on this important issue, we will update you accordingly.
