ODI Re-ignites Discussion on Surveys and Inducements February 20, 2009 The ODI's has released the latest drafts on proposed rules 3901-7-05 (the survey rule) and 3901-7-06 (the inducements rule). Please note that the ODI has scheduled a deadline to respond to the draft rule on inducements no later than Friday, February 27, 2009.
We will be preparing a response once the Trustees have met to dicuss the matter. However, that should not discourage any of you from voicing your opinions either to me and the other Trustees of OAITA or directly to Steve Hombach at the ODI (

Please note that the survey rule is scheduled for public meeting at the ODI on Monday, March 9, 2009 at 10am. The inducements rule is not yet final and therefore there is no public meeting scheduled.
During prior releases of the rules, the OAITA formally opposed them. Once the Trustees have met to dicuss the matter and we have received your comments, we will formalize our response.
